Litza Bodden is a licensed professional counselor-supervisor, self-care coach, and international speaker passionate about changing how people view mental health. Originally from Panama, Litza now resides in Dallas, Texas, where she has earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Community Counseling from Argosy University.
